Job description: to coordinate Metro activities within
the Section, conduct meetings of the Board of
Directors and casts a vote in the event of a tie. The Metro Administrator, at the beginning of the
season, appoints standing committee(s) and/or members at large as needed. The administrator is
the Metro Section representative to all Section meetings and/or functions. The administrator
appoints an alternate to act on behalf, to chair meetings, attend District
VI meetings and/or functions
and take other appropriate actions as necessary in accordance with these bylaws, general and
specific rules and operating procedures of Metro Section.
The administrator
assists in the
scheduling of Metro
Section matches and
works closely with age
group coordinators in
obtaining proper
information.
